West Sacramento, CA – [June 4th, 2026] – Tenvos AI, a leading provider of voice-based impairment management and readiness assessment technologies today announced that it has achieved "Awardable" status through the Platform One (P1) Solutions Marketplace.

The P1 Solutions Marketplace is a digital repository of post-competition, 5-minute long readily-awardable pitch videos, which address the DoW’s greatest requirements in hardware, software and service solutions.

Tenvos AI's solutions are designed to flag hazardous fatigue, sleep deprivation, and other functional impairments in real time through a brief, voice-based screening that integrates with existing communication systems, requires no wearables, and adds zero burden to the operator.

“Despite operating some of the world's most advanced military platforms, the Department of War continues to experience costly accidents and readiness losses associated with fatigue impairment,” said Rima Seiilova-Olson, Co-Founder and CEO of Tenvos AI. “Recent GAO findings linked fatigue to fatal accidents and hundreds of millions of dollars in asset damage. Incidents such as the 2017 destroyer collisions that killed 17 sailors and the 2025 USS Harry S. Truman collision illustrate how human-performance degradation can undermine the effectiveness of otherwise highly capable systems. These events underscore the need for objective, continuous methods of assessing operator readiness before performance failures occur."

Tenvos AI's video, "Real-Time Voice-Based Fatigue Monitoring," accessible only by government customers on the P1 Solutions Marketplace, presents an actual use case in which the company demonstrates how a six-second speech sample, analyzed by an ensemble of machine learning models, flags hazardous fatigue and other functional impairments in real time—achieving 95% speaker-dependent accuracy and deploying via API or in fully air-gapped environments with no external connectivity. Tenvos AI was recognized among a competitive field of applicants to the P1 Solutions Marketplace whose solutions demonstrated innovation, scalability, and potential impact on DoW missions. Government customers interested in viewing the video solution can create a P1 Solutions Marketplace account at https://p1.dso.mil/marketplace.

About Tenvos AI: Tenvos AI is a California-based impairment management and readiness assessment company. Founded by Rima Seiilova-Olson, Tenvos uses voice to detect hazardous fatigue, sleep deprivation, and substance-induced impairment in real time. Its ensemble models uniquely capture both homeostatic sleep pressure and endogenous circadian phase—measuring actual impairment rather than a proxy for it—and have been developed through NIH and NSF SBIR awards. Already deployed and generating revenue in commercial safety-critical sectors, Tenvos is now bringing this transformative readiness capability to the Department of War. Learn more at tenvos.ai.
